The above programmes are intended for people who
have decided to make a career in the hospitality industry. This
will provide you with the opportunity to obtain an overall view
of the industry, so that you can plan your future path. Courses
at Sarva North India Institute of Hotel Management focus on individual
tutoring and practical orientated education methods. The number
of students per group is always below 30. The levels of education
offered are high, primarily due to many of the staff teaching directly
from their own business experience. These programmes will provide
you with ability to absorb specific skills, developed at the institute
for the industry plus a wide range of self management skills incorporating

paid industrial exposure training is part of the curriculum.
A 3 Year Diploma programme by the Educational Institute of the AH
& LA is by far the most widely accepted Diploma by Indian and
International Hotels. The academic materials such as books, video
tapes and review tests have been supplied by the educational institute
of AH & LA which follow the set standards in the syllabus recognised
nationally and internationally.
